Vodafone uses Amdocs’ automation way to improve billing efficiency

Software program company Amdocs helps Vodafone in improving  the billing efficiency

From the recent updates, Software program company Amdocs has announced that it has effectively helped Vodafone India to automate its billing procedure and increase the experience of customers.

Software program company Amdocs applications are also enabling Vodafone India to roll out new services, offers, and service programs for its post-paid consumers and enterprise customers faster.

Software program company Amdocs implemented its Support Monetisation suite at Vodafone India in 2015, and subsequently, in 2016, agreed upon a multi-year services agreement to control and automate businesses.

The transformation has allowed Vodafone India to reduce the lifelong payments cycles and deliver more accurate bills to all its post-paid customers faster.

Software program company Amdocs services also permit Vodafone India to kick off new offers and strategies.

“We have successfully improved upon the client experience in the areas of bill delivery and accuracy, ” said Vishant Vora, Chief Technology Officer at Vodafone India.

“The transformation also allowed us to significantly improve our digital offerings to customers enabling them to get their username and passwords and services through digital channels including the My own Vodafone APP and Vodafone websites on a timely basis, ” added Vora.

“Our products provide the agility needed to quickly innovate and respond to consumer demands in a disruptive market while permitting various service plans for different segments of consumers.
